  DO NOT PURCHASE A RUG FROM HERE!!!
  
  I bought a rug from here in June for my new house. I was originally going to buy one that was cheaper and more common, but I saw a beautiful one there that the girl that worked there told me it was hand made but was more expensive. I liked it so much, I decided to buy it even though it was twice as much as the other one I was going to buy.
  Every day I did notice little fibers/lint coming off from the rug, but I just thought it was normal. Against my better judgement, I didn't take it back. Then two weeks ago I noticed there were patches of missing rug. I called the company, the receptionist told me to bring it in so the owner could see it. I took it yesterday and he said he needed the receipt. I went back home to look for it, found it, and took it to him. He says he can only give me a discount on another rug and then accuses me of doing something to the rug. Even asks me if I washed it (even though it says on his website it's very durable and to have it proffessionally washed) I told him I would only vaccum it. He asks me what kind of vaccum I use. (dirtdevil) He says he has never seen this before on any rug, yet he just showed me a rug someone returned that started having the fibers come off also but they were smart to return it right away.Then I ask for the manufacturers information so I can call them, first he says they are the manufacturers, then he says it's a company in China,that he is just a distributor, I ask him to give me the number, He says he can't. Then he tells me he will send a picture of the rug to them and asks me for my number and to call him in 2-3 wks. I checked on their website and it says they manufacture this rug.
  
  So save yourself some money and anger. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Customer Service is awful (except for the girl who helped me when I bought it.
